Fundamentals of Meditation Principles and Practices

This course helps students acquire a basic understanding of spiritual reality and develop their skills in meditational practices. It is designed to accommodate people who now emerge into their spiritual self as well as experienced meditators who would like structured guidance.
The aim of this course is to create a safe environment for people to explore inner aspects of themselves and provide a solid basis for those who later wish to expand their studies in spiritual truths.
Physical presence is required.
Schedule: 8 weekly sessions of 4 hours each.
Prior knowledge: None needed.
